Retired professor Ian Bone continues our look back on the life and times of Sir William Macewen by examining more of his pioneering work, this time in neurology and neurosurgery.
Prof Bone is a retired neurologist with an interest in Sir William Macewen and medical history. He has written several books on neurology. More recently he published Sacred Lives, an account on the history and cultural impacts of epilepsy.
